Features

610 is an alkyl modified silicone surfactant, which is suitable for producing special slow rebound flatulence foam sponge. It is widely used in improving the technological properties of foaming and the stability of foam. It is also applied in the continuous production line of large flatulence sponge.
1. Reduce the surface tension, which facilitates to get uniform microbubbles and stable cells to reduce gas diffusion.
2. Increase the viscosity of the material faster, which helps to slow down the cell's rapid thinning and foaming.
3. Increase the strength of the cell wall and meridian.
4. Reduce the mixing of impurities, to avoid the reduction of the cell local surface tension and cause collapse and voids.
5. The recommended usage amount is 1% ～3%, according to the density of polyurethane foam to adjust the amount.

Store in new steal drums, 200KGS/drums.
Keep container tighly closed in a dry and wel-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefuly resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.Store in cool place.
The shelf life is 12 months. After that, the pre-test should be made before use.
When handling polyols, precautions should be taken to avoid exposure to the eye or prolong contact with the skin. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water. If skin contact occurs, wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water.
