This product has excellent water solubility, decontamination, emulsification, lubrication, cleaning, dispersing, antistatic and rust prevention properties, excellent electrolyte compatibility, and stability to heat and alkali. It is resistant to acid, alkali, hard water, inorganic salts, and high temperatures, and has good biodegradability and low irritation. It also has strong degreasing power.

Performance and Applications: 1. Anionic, often used with anionic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants. Excellent cold resistance, easily soluble in organic solvents, acid, alkali, and high temperature resistant, stable. Excellent decontamination, emulsification, wetting, dispersing, antistatic properties, strong defatting ability. Used in household and industrial detergents, such as dry cleaning agents, ceramic and glass cleaners, metal cleaners. 2. Textile industry auxiliaries: spinning oil agents, penetration agents, scouring agents, mercerizing agents. 3. Paper industry auxiliaries: deinking agents. 4. Performance and Applications: 1. Safe and non-irritating: structure similar to natural phospholipids, very mild, almost non-irritating to skin and eyes, ideal cream emulsifier. 2. Excellent emulsification, solubilization, and dispersing properties: emulsifies various oil phases including silicone oil. 3. Low surface tension, rich and delicate foam, moderate decontamination and cleaning: produces rich and delicate creamy foam during use, easy to rinse, leaves skin feeling excellent, clean, and comfortable without tightness. 4. Excellent moisturizing properties: provides soft and smooth feeling while cleaning skin. Antistatic, softening effects, also suitable for shampoos, hair care additives, fabric and fiber finishing agents. 5. Acid, alkali, and salt resistant: phosphate ester remains stable under pH=2 conditions for 12 months, degradation less than 10%; remains stable for one year or longer in neutral or slightly acidic conditions. 6. Good biodegradability: biodegradation similar to sodium alkyl sulfate, degrades into carbon dioxide and phosphate ions, e.g., dodecyl phosphate ester biodegradation rate close to 100% after 10-15 days, while sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate less than 20%. 7. Low toxicity: potassium salt of phosphate ester is low toxic, LD50/(mg/kg) for mice is 74000, LC50/(mg/kg) for fish is 3400~12800. |

Usage and Dosag

1. Applications: Especially suitable for formulating popular foam cleansers and foam cleansing gels, also for formulating fresh and smooth bath liquids and other high-end low-irritant cleaning products such as shampoos, foam facial cleansers, bath liquids, hand sanitizers (one of the main ingredients in Kao® Biore facial cleansers), as well as mild baby care products, children's bath, and shampoo products.
2. MAPK has slightly poorer hard water resistance than other anionic surfactants, so anti-hard water agents (e.g., EDTA) or hard water-resistant surfactants (e.g., sulfonated betaine) should be added in formulations to maximize performance.
3. Recommended dosage: foam facial cleanser: 10-50%, bath liquid 8-15%.
