Structural cracks and seepage

1.Drill holes at an angle of 45 degrees to the left orright 2-5 cm from the lower part of the crack to the depthof half the thickness of the structure. Drill holes insequence from low to high, with an appropriate hole spac-ing of 20-30 cm. After drilling to a high place, bury thewater stop needle.Since the cracks in the general structureare irregular, special attention should be paid to the factthat the grouting needs to cross the crack surface whendrilling, and the grouting will be effective.
2.After the grouting water stop needle is placed, it ispoured with chemical grouting material until the groutseeps out of the surface of the structure.
3.48 hours after the grouting is completed, the grout-ing water stop needle can be removed.

Honeycomb leaking

1.At the range of the honeycomb, drill a hole every25-30 cm, the depth is generally suitable for the thickness ofthe structure, and then place the grouting water stop needleand rotate it to fix it.
2.After the water-stop needle is placed, inject thechemical grouting material with a high-pressure grouting machine until it is found that the grouting material seepsout of the surface of the structure.
3.48 hours after the grouting is completed, the grouting water stop needle can be removed.

1. Wear protective equipment (such as gloves, goggles) during construction to avoid direct contact with the skin, if there is contamination should be washed with plenty of water.
2. This product is stored in a cool place, construction must pay attention to ventilation and away from the source of fire materials not solidified before the construction area away from open fire.

4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 9months.
